1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using Hambati, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Hambati is an AI-powered voice productivity application that enables users to:

• Capture thoughts and ideas through voice recordings in 99+ languages
• Receive automatic transcription and AI-powered categorization
• Organize content into Grid (tasks), Map (ideas), and Log (reflections) views
• Access productivity insights and smart recommendations

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Tier:

• 10 voice captures per day
• 30-day data retention
• Access to all 99+ supported languages
• Basic AI categorization

Pro Tier ($9.99/month):

• Unlimited voice captures
• Unlimited data retention
• Advanced Architect AI features
• Priority customer support
• Data export and integrations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Hambati to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Hambati and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hambati app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hambati is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hambati app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Hambati after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
