• Analyze transcribed content with our Architect AI to categorize thoughts into Grid (tasks), Map (ideas), or Log (reflections)
• Provide personalized productivity insights and recommendations
• Improve our AI models and service quality

We do not sell your personal content to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Free Tier: Voice captures are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Pro Tier: Voice captures are stored indefinitely until you choose to delete them.
• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• We use secure cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance.
