Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find instructions on how to delete your Hambati account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account from the App
- Open the Hambati app on your device.
- Go to the Settings tab (the gear icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently removed:
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- All voice captures and transcriptions
- Your Grid tasks, Map ideas, and Log entries
- App settings and preferences
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
Additional Retention Information
After account deletion, all personal data is removed from our servers immediately. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes but cannot be traced back to you.
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) to avoid future charges. Deleting your Hambati account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
